Integrated Hawaiian Structure
Zachary Engineering's structural expertise helped bring this elegant Hawaiian estate to life, balancing the architectural vision with the unique demands of its tropical environment. The residence's interconnected pavilions, expansive glass openings, and generous roof overhangs called for carefully coordinated structural solutions that preserve its open, inviting character.
Through advanced 3D modeling and thoughtful engineering, the structural design addresses the challenges of coastal conditions, wind exposure, and complex roof geometries while maintaining the home's refined architectural simplicity. The result is a beautifully integrated residence where structural innovation supports the elegance and enduring character of contemporary island living.
